It never occurred to me that such a bad service could exist. I relied on this travel agency when planning my trip to Cuba. Our vacation plans marched harmoniously until we received a call from this place informing us that there had been a mistake with our plane tickets and the flying date had to be postponed for one month. I could not possibly believe my ears. Our vacation project crumbled down upon the expectations of our distant relatives and our desire of visiting the place where our parents were born. All we received as compensation was a phony apology accompanied by a fictitious excuse. I am tremendously dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and avoid soliciting their crappy service!
