Review content:
Restroom frustration and hygienic revulsion. We wanted to be able to wash our hands before eating our hamburgers. Although I was able to, the restroom was in a disgusting state. Not only was my wife unable to use the restroom before or during the meal, nor were two other (desperate looking) diners. Two kitchen staff also tried in vain to gain access - one of them using his gloved hand, the same glove that was preparing food in the kitchen. We told our waitress all about our frustration and revulsion. She agreed we had a point but did and said nothing further. The food was mediocre and service slow. If you are brave/foolhardy enough to go to this place, be aware that they put service on the bill at 18%. If you're concerned about hygiene, don't for heaven's sake go.
