Review content:
I would never normally write a review, but I feel the need to warn the NY brides out there about the Jeff Lubin Band under Hank Lane. Do NOT book them! The bandleader, Jeff Lubin, argued with me just a few minutes before our wedding reception and refused to announce the bridal party like we requested. He was completely uncooperative and rude. He completely butchered the song that we were introduced to...so much that we didn't even recognize the song! He played the father-bride song 2x in a row! He didn't see that we were still cutting the cake when he played it the first time. He played the mother-groom song 2x during the reception because he ran out of music in his repetoire. He stopped playing for long periods of time, so that the room was silent aside from talking. I had to ask our banquet manager multiple times to find someone in the band to play. I strongly recommend that you find another band to book for your wedding or important event. We spent WAY too much money, and it was unacceptable that the bandleader yelled at me at our own wedding!!
