how difficult should it be to order a dishwasher? several weeks ago, i phoned in with model and make. their customer service said that a technician would have to come out to look over our place. i told them that the current dishwasher is hard wired and explained that service would require installing an electric box and outlet. i asked: given this fact, how much is the most installation would cost? i was told no more than $200. i gave up a morning waiting for the technician. two days later, i was told that installation would cost $375. when i phoned to discuss this discrepancy, i was told that they would adjust the price and would call back the next day. five days later, i phoned them repeatedly all day -- until i was finally offered only $50 off. this was a great waste of time. gracious home does not stand by their word. their customer service is very weak.
