After waiting for three hours to pick up my Harley the driver showed up with another vehicle already on the flatbed. He stunk to high heaven, like he had not had a bath in a week, and when he had difficulty unhooking the vehicle already on the flatbed, he started slammiing tools and cursing like a sailor in front of my wife. Needless to say I refused his service and reported them to Road America who had sent them out in the first place. I will never use them.
