Review content:
In today's world of big box store consumerism, places like Virgil's are throwbacks to an era of small business and people who know what the sell. How often have you walked into a Home Depot, stopped someone in an orange apron, asked for a specific item (needle nose pliers, for example)...and they were able to walk you to the correct place? Well, at Virgil's...not only did the man with the name tag take me to the pliers section...but he proceeded to point out 4 different kinds of needle nose pliers. I have never had a bad experience at Virgil's with customer service. A couple of times they didn't have what I was looking for...but that's only because they were sold out. If you're in Glendale, are tired of the crazy know-nothings at those huge stores...try Virgil's.
