I love Virgil's. When I need to find someone who knows what they're talking about, this is the place. The have a great selection of the important stuff and a crazy selection of everything else. Some of the things they have here are odd, but I love it. I'll find things here I didn't know existed. Although some employees are a little interesting, they care and if you ask for the guys who really know, they REALLY know. Keep the receipt and they'll return anything that was the wrong part or you didn't need after all. I've been working with some plumbing stuff, and they had everything I needed and ordered the obscure part they didn't have in stock. Bill in plumbing was the best. They do actually care here, unlike the big orange monster.
Pros: Professionalism, selection, quality, customer service, parking.
