Always did a great job, but twice my little Dachsund came home smelling like cigarrette smoke so I stopped going for about a year. But, since it is close and convenient, I decided to give them another try and explained why I stopped. Tina advised that although workers were not smoking inside the facility, they did smoke in the back and obviously it got in the air system. She had had other complaints. Now Auki just comes home smelling nice and clean. I would recommend them. It is a pretty small place and service is a bit slow, but they are willing to work with your time schedule which is a blessing to me.
Pros: Tina cares about my baby
