the service SUXs recently and they know we are regulars and still treat us like crap.
called to complain, the idiots said the owner wasn't in and the idiot answering the phone didn't know WHEN he would be in.
So, internet bound it is . . . .
as a patron for YEARS and you hire idiots WHO know we are regulars. The service was SO bad that you should tell them to comp with a nice attitude.
Now, youve lost a customer and their revenue AND everyone I can tell to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not looking for a comp, I've been a full paying customer for years BUT the attitude on the phone and just the immature, untrained attitude of the servers was really really bad.
Folks, this place has gone downhill so much. . . . . . and will not be in business long with servers and management like this.
