My husband Roy and I have been going to El Toro Taco off and on since 1985 - it is without a doubt, our favorite Mexican restaurant and worth the drive down from Cutler Ridge for us. The chips are fresh, the red salsa with plentiful fresh tomato chunks has a bite that isn't overkill, with just the right amount of cilantro and onion. The green salsa has a hint of smoke, and is a good counterpoint to the red. The food is plentiful, not over priced; it and the atmosphere make you feel you're really in Mexico - Bring your own beer or wine or hard liquor if you want! Good friendly family atmosphere and very clean, too. Service is quick and comes with a smile! Dee
