It made me sad to read someone had such an awful experience with Focus on Floors. I, too, made my flooring purchase at Lowes - twice now - once in 2004 and again last month. Focus on Floors did the install in 2004 and did a phenomenal job and their installer was amazing - courteous, careful, thoughtful. When I purchased again this April 2012 Focus on Floors was no longer a sub-contractor for Colorado Springs locations - I insisted to Lowes that they contract them for this install as well and they did - KUDOS to Lowes for their customer service on this as well!!!. Once again - the flooring team has been amazing and has done a great job - the floor looks beyond good. I have about 1/3 of it remaining (had to move furniture and do that prep) - they will be back next week to finish up. Plus - I have one more staircase that I will be having Focus on Floors do sometime in the next 4-6 months as well. The office team has been great when checking on appts and ensuring I get the same team back for the next steps. So just wanted to be sure that another side to the story of their service was presented as well. Thanks again Focus on Floors!!!!
