Me and my wife had an appointment at their downtown showroom, after we purchased a new home from a local builder. We had done our homework and visited a Carpet Exchange and several small distributors of tile. I felt it was a downside that the builder required us to visit this one showroom for all our selections; but after seeing the selection and the array of products they have on display, I understood our builder?s well-meaning intentions. They have pretty much every tile, carpet, and hardwood I could think of. The designer was very good at covering all our ideas in the appointment and the products are well worth the prices. It wa sbetter than running to different stores.
Pros: the showroom
Cons: only place like this around
