Review content:
The Route 66 W&L, located in Flagstaff AZ is the worst lube shop I have ever used to get an oil change for my car. Not only are the employees unprofessional and rude but also the owner of the Route 66 Wash & Lube is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever talk to. In my opinion Route 66 W&L (Lube side) is very unsafe and reckless with the vehicles they work on. I myself have had both my car and truck damaged at Route 66 W&L. After these incidents, I tried to talk to the owner to get this unfortunate matter straightened out but I was repeatedly told that he was unavailable. After a month and a few dozen trips to the shop and several unsuccessful phone calls, the owner called me back and harshly explained to me that there is nothing he could do for me and that it was ?tough luck?!! I could not believe him saying that ? what kind of business ethic is that??
Pros: The Car Wash side dos a good job washing autos
Cons: The lube side is unsafe, reckless, unprofessional and rude
