Review content:
This place looks nice on the outside, is in a nice location, but don't leave your loved ones there. My niece had her long hair cut from waist length to neck length (and it was always kept in a thich braid) and no one would confess to it. According to a dr at a nearby emergency center, she had a broken hip that had to have come from being dropped. A family member must be there for many hours, every day. Not enough staff and not enough staff who care. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could get my niece out of there I would.
