A bunch of us went to Comedy Works last week...there was a contest and there were like 15 headliners doing short sets, and three won and they will go on to a larger thing. Anyway, it was amazing. They were all amazing. And then we found out that they were all from Denver. I was floored! I had no idea there were comics like that around here. WE bought our tickets in advance and so we had no problem getting in, but some of our other friends only made a reservation and then they didn't get there in time, and their reservations were cancelled. So buy your tickets in advance or get there on time! They always have a line outside so I bet that always happens. We had drinks and food. I was amazed at the quality of food. It looked like bar food, but it was good bar food! All around great time and the talent was superb!
