? Terrible company! Very poor communication within the organization. Very poor customer service, never get back to you. Always late with appointments...they were a nightmare to work with! We rented with them for 2 years, always paid our rent on time. When our lease was up after the first year, we asked to do month to month. Jill told us that was ok, so we asked her for a contract. We tried getting the contract for 2 months, calling and asking for it, but she never got back to me, or answer my calls and never wrote one up, so we ended up going without a contract for the second year. The condo we were renting was being sold, so we had to move out. We asked Michael Tarantino, the Owner of West Shore, for a contract saying they needed to give us 60 days notice, and he said they were working on it, weeks past and we got nothing, even after following up a couple of times. We called and left a message for Michael and he never returned our calls. I finally called with attitude and they wrote something for me, it was a whole 2 sentences. We scheduled our walk through for the 31st at 10:30 - Maureen Leahy showed up, of course late, as usual - and the dead bolt was locked (we didn't have a key for) so she told us that someone would be in the office around 11am and would be able to unlock to door for us and she would call when it was unlocked. We didn't receive a phone call. The next day my husband called to speak with Maureen and left her a message - no call back. I called later that day, they told me that she didn't come in until later in the day (I said it is later in the day) so then they proceeded to tell me that she was in, and went to speak with her. They told me that she wasn't taking phone calls and that I just had to hand in my keys and that they will do the walk through later. I handed in my keys and scheduled a walk through for 9:00am Wed with Maureen?s Manager, Lynda Smith - Tellier. Got there at 9:00am sharp - 9:15 comes around and no one shows up. I call and they tell me that someone is on their way now and will be there in 10-15 min. 25 min later someone shows up to do the walk through and it was Maureen. I did not receive a call telling me that it wouldn't be Linda or they were going to be late. They didn't care that I was waiting there 40 min for an appoint I made 2 days ago! No appologies. There were many times throughout the 2 years living in that condo, and working with West Shore that they didn't return calls, or I would have to explain myself many times to different people because they don't communicate. Please don't buy anything or rent anything from Westshore, you will be terribly dissappointed!!
