Been eating and ordering for over 10 years.The food is still great but the staff is bad. In the last 2 years the staff behind the counter has gotten snooty and short with members of my family and friends on occasion. Ok we know you are busy but take 2 extra seconds to ensure the order is accurate. Don't deliver to someones house when we clearly called for pickup--- you're too busy multitasking to ensure accuracy. So my food was home but I was there. The guy behind the counter was frankly very un-apolgetic about it. Almost "" who cares, go eat elsewhere"" When you go in there they ring you up, throw the change at you and wait on the next person. NO THANKS YOU's ever in the last 2 years. The dining area is understaffed on weekends so you always have to call your server over for everything. Rarely do they check on you after you've gotten your meal. Final Straw: Sign at register indicating if you use your debit card they will be assessing a fee to your order because of the ""economy"" . We are all feeling it but most of us still ordered out on a Friday because its the only game in town pizza wise. Everywhere else is offering incentives to eat at their establishments and they pull this!. We are done!. There goes our 40 weekly orders after 10 years.
