I've lived here for a year with my husband, and I must say, we love the neighborhood and the fact that this apartment is located in it. It's located in the Laurelhurst neighborhood; very quiet, very safe. We have nice neighbors, and the manager is great too. It may be an older apartment complex (built in the '40s!), but it is VERY well kept, and it looks well maintained and clean all the time. This apartment fits a young couple's lifestyle (like ours) very well. It's also very convenient to everything that you need. You can either walk or drive, and it's still a short distance. We have not had any problems, and we plan on staying here for awhile.
Pros: the value, neighborhood, nice neighbors, management, convenient, safe
Cons: the apartment complex next to us seems a bit shady
