Hello my name is Jason, I am the son of the owner of CPS and i have been working with my mother in this family owned and operated business since 1994. I am sorry you had such a bad experience! However, the issues you bring forth in your comment are unfounded, and I think you will find the majority of people you talk to or get comments from would agree! During Cory's 20 years of service to Riverwood apartments and other housing accommodations in the area, not once has our company been ""sued"". We have never had to ""play them alot to try to keep"" anyone quiet. And I challenge you to bring forth evidence to the contrary! Its simply not true, we strive for excellence in all our dealings professional and otherwise and I urge anyone that has any issue contact me directly by email at jasongist@live and I would be more than happy to assist you in any/all matters. In our 20 years of management of the Riverwood the only comments we have received have been positive comments from local contacts in the community complimenting us on how often they DO NOT see our name in the court listings, something we are very proud of!
