Went to Tina's for lunch today. The chili was bland although spicy. I did enjoy the MT Carmel beer on tap, and it's local. Wife got a mediocre ham n cheez, the chips were nasty, stale and tasteless. Service was non-existent. I had to flag down a server to pay the bill, which I had to shuffle empty dishes around to complete the transaction. This was right after they opened, there was no crowd! Overall a miserable experience. Would highly recommend this place to my ex-wife.
