I have been using Hatfield Carpet Care to clean the rental units I manage for over ten years now. I have found them to be highly capable, very responsive, and unusually accommodating....and did I mention extremely pleasant. As for the quality of their work...well, I can best sum this up by my wife's comment about a particularly dirty carpet that Hatfield Carpet Care cleaned at one property: ""When you see him again, tell Willis (HCC's owner) I said 'he rocks' ""
Pros: Honest, knowledgeable, accommodating, affordable
Cons: Because of all of the pros, they can be in high demand
