Review content:
refinanced my home to pay my taxes. At closing the amount didn't seem correct, I questioned them and they insisted they were right. I got a notice from the county that my taxes were late and my morgage company gave me 30 days to come up with $3300.00 to pay my taxes in full. Not only did they miss a year but they also paid the wrong amount on another year. When I called them they said they would pay the interest which was around $300.00 and that they were only human. They even remember me questioning them on the taxes being incorrect at closing. They completely admitted that they screwed up and said they would use it for further training but they didn't help me at all.
Pros: none, I wouldn't recommend using fidelity
Cons: They won't step up to the plate to cover their mistakes
