Bad grooming. I took my dogs there because I needed special shampoo for one of my dogs and someone recommended to buy it there. My dogs needed grooming and after checking South Bay Vet Hospital's web site I saw that they pride themselves on offering a full line of professional dog grooming services so I decided to give it a try but It has been the worse grooming that my mini poodles ever had. Only clippers were used in the whole body and nothing was trimmed with scissors on their long hair on face or head, only the clippers were used and now their hair looks horrible. Nothing was cleaned on their private areas, ears or teeth. They charged $55.00 for each including $10.00 for teeth cleaning. It is all my fault for trusting this place only for the nice things they say on their web site, I should of taken my dogs to the Real Professional people at Posh Poodle in Lemon Grove which are very good.
