I have had Progressive Pools as my pool service for the past 11 years. I have never been dissatisfied; they show up on time each week on the correct day, the pool is always clean and fresh, their receptionist/front person is awesome; the manager and his mother both take special pains to give me any service I request. I recently gathered estimates to renovate my pool, and decided to go with my regular company because I trust them to make good on their word and do the best they can to carry quality products. I am very happy with the job their employees did to update my pool deck. The designs and colors that Ira and I selected came together beautifully, and they were good about replacing furniture, plants, etc., that they had to remove from the deck. The workers showed up daily almost as soon as it got light and worked until dark; always considerate and polite. They finished in a timely manner and the area looks so much better than it did in the past. Very pleased to have Progressive Pools as my pool service; they are definitely a real business and not ""run out of the trunk of a car"" as another reviewer wrote.
