I recently got my car towed out of the apartment complex parking lot due to not having current tags on it (not true). Well my car has been registered since July and had current tags on the plates. I don't know how the the tags were removed the night it got towed, but Elite towing said there is nothing he could do about it and the only way I could get my car back is come in with $240 cash! He was VERY rude and disrespectful on the phone when I asked him about my options. I understand what kind of business he is running and no one will ever be happy that their car got towed, but there is no reason to be so rude and inconsiderate; he cares nothing about you or your car...he just wants his money!
