Review content:
We had a run in with this company last night at our own apartment complex. We usually park our car in the garage but when we first get home we park in a parking spot by the door so we can unload our kids and get them inside. We had not even been home 10 min and they had our car hooked up already because we did not have a parking permit in our window. We tried explaining to them that we don't have a permit because we park in our garage. So for them to just unhook the car they wanted a 100.00 drop fee! Which is a ridiculous price for a drop fee!
These people are such a rip off and they don't care about you or your car. They even had our car hooked up wrong. We had to tell the driver how to hook up our own car. We were not able to pay the drop fee because we did not have a 100.00 cash on us and I am not even sure who carries that much cash on them. So now we have to get it out of impound for 240.00 which is another outrageous price! We will for sure be checking our car before we leave for any damage and if we find any we will be suing them!
DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING!
