I had a couple of bad consultations which I had to pay for before I saw Dr. Kapoor. I didn't have to pay to see him like the others. Unbelievable difference. I have come to believe that if you have to pay for a consultation, you are going to see a doctor with a huge ego and not enough time to answer all your questions. Dr. Kapoor was the exact opposite. He spent way more time with me than any other. I didnt feel rushed. He answered all my questions and made the consultation feel like it was about me and what I wanted. The other doctors made it fell like it was about them and what they have done. I decided to go with Dr. Kapoor for my rhinoplasty surgery. The results turned out great. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. This whole office is full of down to earth people and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. They are fun to be around which makes walking into surgery a little less nerve racking. Great great place.
