My husband and I were completely messed over by this realtor. First, you do not get a seasoned realtor, you get sold a pitch by him and then he pawns you off on his ""assistants"" you will never hear from him after the first meeting. The whole time I felt like our ""realtor"" was working with the seller (we were buying). I constantly had to fight him to lower our bid, what we were willing to pay. At the end of it they ""forgot"" to put a sizable charge in the mortgage paperwork (it was their job to do so, and that led to us having to pay it directly instead of it being included in the loan as agreed upon) and called us while we were in the middle of moving to tell us and demanded to know when we would pay (like we had defaulted). Rude and Unprofessional at the least. Our mortgage agent even send us a letter repremanding their error.
I won't even recommend this company to someone I didn't like. And we STILL get their junk mail.
Maybe we were treated this way because of their incompetence or because we were a smaller client either way I would beware of a company who picked and choose who they were honest with.
Do your research and use someone else.
