Review content:
The worst experience ever! Greenway came out for my air-conditioning on a Monday June 25. They tried to sell me additional services before even trying to fix the problem. They charged me 145.00 to move a drain, it appeared that the tech added freon, but he let it out right after.. Said he was testing the pressure in the lines. I contacted Greenway the next day as the air was not cooling, they said someone would come back out. It is now Friday and no one has been out and they keep lying to me when I call. They said, ""Oh you will be first on our list"" They have not shown up yet. This is dangerously hot weather today - 106 right now. I also asked for a refund since the air is still not working and it has been 5 days since anyone has been out - they refused. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS WELL.
