I love these freshly made pizza pies! This is not the greasy stuff or the cardboard tasting crusts you get from the pizza chains. No fast food junk food here. All the ingredients are fresh and prepared on the spot. The restaurant is super clean, open and comfortable for a date night or family night. My 5 year old loves watching the pizza guys toss and twirl the dough into big, beautiful pies. I like the open kitchen so I can see how clean the area is where my food is being prepared. The Raspberry Spinach salad is a gourmet treat for a pizza restaurant. And the homemade cheesecake is a WOW (you can buy a whole one, too! ) There are also yummy sandwiches to choose from. This is how pizza was meant to be--a wholesome combination of fresh meats, veggies and cheeses on a light, fresh dough, baked to order fresh from the oven. And if I'm in a hurry, I can pop in and grab just a single slice to go. Thanks, Uncles, for keeping it fresh!
