Dr. Air Duct staff is a prompt, honest, and courteous guy. He called me in advance so I could leave work instead of giving me some ridiculous window that would require me to go home and sit and wait and wait and wait. He got there exactly when he said he would and got right to work. He did a thorough job and I would recommend Dr. Air Duct to anyone who need chimney cleaning service.
