My husband and I rented a stretch limo for our kids Prom and was very disappointed in everything from the look of the car to the uncleanness of it outside and inside. The chauffer was also 20 minutes late in picking them up. There was also no sodas or water as requested in the contract. There were empty water bottles inside. The limo was old and beat up. Nothing like the pictures on the web-site. This really ruined our kids prom night. I will never used these people again or will I refer them to anyone. This was a pathetic excuse for a limo service.
Pros: There aren't any.
Cons: Unprofessional service, late arrival, dirty car
