Brandi is amazing. A friend recommended her by saying ""Brandi is the only person I will let cut my hair."" Though, I am not sure if I would feel the same if I saw someone else, but Brandi does help the newer staff & Diane is very friendly and seems very experienced as well. I used to HATE my hair most of my life, and now I get compliments on it pretty often, and my hair is a lot more manageable. Honestly, I gave a 5 star, but if I had to say anything negative it would be: color -- sometimes they make a little more dramatic than you want, but it works out in the long run when your color will always fade some anyway..they know best, but just prepare to not dye right before a big event or be very vocal if you don't want dramatic highlights, etc overbooking -- they seem to be pretty busy, but you can book on a less busy day or just bring a book...I've never had to wait too long, and it's a nice break for me...if you are in a major time crunch, though, go elsewhere...but the quality makes up for the time there Pros: friendly, quality Cons: sometimes overbooked
