We rented a margarita machine from the Kemah location and the customer service was terrible. The man was rude and demeaning. When I wrote an e-mail to the company to let them know about our experience, I was shocked at the response I received. The man made fun of my e-mail and e-mailed me several times letting me know I was the one with the problem, even calling my husband a liar and suggesting my husband has been lying to me about other things. Rather than thanking me for the feedback he called my e-mail very entertaining. Even after I asked him not to e-mail me back he e-mailed me 2 more times to insult me. My husband and I own a business as well, I cannot fathom treating a customer this way!! I have read several reviews in other sites about a rude man at this location, I wish I had done my research before renting from there. Also, they claim it only takes 45 minutes for the margaritas to freeze, that was not the case, it took close to two hours. Pros: Good margaritas Cons: HORRIBLE customer service
