Courteney Bealko, the principal owner of Active Physical Therapy, is in my opinion the most knowledgeable and hands' on therapist I've ever encountered in nearly 20 years of competitive athletics.
Her understanding of biomechanics and human movement are unparalleled. Courteney not only improved my kinesthetic awareness, but also helped me to understand what I can do to avoid certain injuries that inevitably has made me a better athlete, more so than I even was in college.
Ten years later, I'm still going strong!
