Do not use Accurate Property Inspections for your home inspections. I have had the worst time dealing with the owner Steven Hill. He performed inspections on a house, took over a week to provide me with only 1 of 3 reports requested and the report that was sent was NOT ACCURATE. It had stuff on there not related to the house he inspected including a wrong address. He then disappeared for 12 days and did not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. When he finally contacted me, asked me questions about the house he should have known from the inspection and then provided the other 2 reports once again NOT ACCURATE with wrong addresses. And in the end, he did not even sign the reports with his own name and signature. He used someone elses name, licence, and TYPED signature to complete the report. I did not agree with this since he admited he was not qualified to sign the other two reports so he offered to give me my money back and I accepted. Do you think he sent me the money? Not at all. He ignored me for 2 weeks not answering the phone, calling me back, emailing me, or texting me. It took me calling him from a different phone number to reach him and when I asked him what was going on he said he wasn't giving me my money back and to sue him. He has been a nightmare to work with and a joke of a business owner. Stay away!
