I can only speak for agent Eileen O'Grady, who helped me rent the perfect apartment in only a week. Eileen worked hard over a holiday weekend to find an apartment that fit my criteria. She did not waste my time - everything we saw had elements I was looking for - and she was willing to partner with other agents to gain access to their listings. I did not feel any pressure to rent something I did not want, and once we found the right place, no hidden fees were introduced and no sketchy negotiations took place. Eileen oversaw the paperwork and communicated with me until the lease was in my hand. No checks were deposited until the lease was signed. Finding a good apartment has a lot to do with finding a good agent, and luckily I found a great agent with Eileen.
