Review content:
I took my son and took a close friends kids for a fun night out. The two older kids went in to see about prices and the bleach blonde troll behind the counter was rude to them when they asked the prices for bowling. She told them they needed to get online for that information, really?? then she tried to make it better as they walked away. I ran into her in the bathroom and informed her about her poor customer service toward the kids, I was pretty upset she acted like it never happened. The change machine ran out of money which is understandable on a busy Saturday night, I went to the counter to get my money back and waited for 12 minutes to get service, the poor guy behind the counter was overwhelmed with customers. I guess she was on a break. The games took our money both downstairs and upstairs, which they refunded but how annoying. Tthe restroom was dirty and there was 'out of order' signs on a lot of machines, even vending machines for soda....not a great time in my book, we left soon after. Oh and when one of the kids went to exchange the tokens for cash when we were leaving, they acted like they weren't gonna do it, I would not recommend going there. They are over priced for bowling, The whole experience was ridiculous, I will not be back!.
