When I first noticed the problem in the morning, I called Roto-Rooter and they were here with in an hour. They did a good job troubleshooting and tried to figure out if it was just a simple blockage. When they determined it was more than that they called in another person with the company and he put a scope with a camera in the pipe and found out there was a large blockage they couldn't move so easily. So the next step was to bring in a backhoe and replace the pipe. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions. They found the exact pipe containing the blockage and replaced it with a new one, filled the hole and the problem was solved. The only issue I can see is the dirt used to fill the hole was clumpy and not great looking, but they planted grass and put down the straw to keep the grass seed in place, so we?ll see how it goes. Overall, I would be happy to recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone in need.
