Review content:
I have been an avid hiker for many years. Now that I'm getting older, the years and the milage are starting to catch up! I've got arthritis in my joints, my hips bother me when the weather changes and my hands can't grip like I used to. I always stretched before climbing but never like this! My doctor recommended that I try yoga but I always thought it was more for girls. I was into lifting weights. Boy, my idea of what yoga was was so far from accurate! I got a good work out, stretched muscles that I never even touched when hiking or at the gym and started lubricating the joints that were so abused for so long. I'm back to hiking now and am really enjoying it, rather than just grittng my teeth and pushing through pain I thought was just part of getting older. I'm going to keep going so I can keep enjoying life!
