Dahn yoga has made a significant impact on my life. I have noticed within less than half a year I find myself more content with myself and my relationship with others. I have learned as a result of Dahn Yoga how to manage the sometimes, difficult situations and chaotic environment we must endure in life. Inner peace, once acquired, does so much for the way we deal with others, including their faults, errors and sometimes deliberate, malicious behavior. Peace helps in the forgiving process which can be so difficult. I've learned how peace and Dahn Yoga work together to help us all.
