I just moved to the area and found this salon. Worst mistake ever! Michelle Quintero put the color on my hair without consulting me at all. It came out in shades of salmon, pink, and orange. Cindy Hughey did the cut and did not notice the disastrous color. (If she did notice, she didn't say anything...what does that tell you??).
When I called and spoke to the owner, Casey, she told me that she had been there when I was there!! And SHE let me walk out of there. OMG!!!! I wanted my money back but she wanted me to come in so that they could ""fix"" it. I don't think so! It took $248 and three hours at the Spa at Cinco Ranch (Melissa) to fix it. Unbelievable!
