Since I first started coming to Hilton Head, the spa business has really grown. Almost every resort has a plush new beautiful spa. Although tempted to visit them, I can't resist the personal service I receive at FACES as well as the amount of pampering and professionalism I receive for the price. Every year I see the same staff - and that says a lot about what a great place it must be to work - and they remember me as well. If possible, book ahead as they stay busy, and arrive early to be able to get in the relaxation mode. Their Signature Skin facial is the best on the island and the Patty's Peppermint Scub is the best pick me up. For a real treat splurge on the pedicure w/ reflexology.
