Review content:
As a visitor to the island I went to Faces for the first time and can easily say I will not return. My esthetician was extremely condescending. Coming from Chicago I am used to people being somewhat unfriendly; it ordinarily does not bother me; what does bother me is poor service. I have been to numerous spas throughout the country and have never been treated as poorly. When paying my bill I was asked how I enjoyed my services, I said it left much to be desired. Surprisingly she did not probe to the reason behind the unsatisfactory service; you have to wonder why even ask? To top it all off I was charged 20% more than I should have been. When I said this was not the price listed in the price menu the response was simply this is what the esthetician said I should charge you.
Pros: One of the few options on the island
Cons: Esthetician not trained well, poor customer service and higher than published pricing
