I called Beauty and the Beast in Redbank because I was desperate for a costume my son MUST have for an end of year history project. We had surfed every store on the Internet, ordered from one well ahead of time only to learn a week later they didn't have it. I began Googling other cities for their local stores. I found this one, more than 100 miles away, but I'm desperate. They had it! The girl said she doesn't take credit cards over the phone and doesn't normally ship, but she understood my desperation, and she offered to send it COD. I told her I would pay whatever amount of shipping necessary, because it is my son's term grade. I waited to hear back. Another older sounding woman called me screaming in the phone about the cost of shipping and said they wouldn't do it (even though I'm paying for it)! She screamed in the rudest, disrespectful manner and then hung up. I had a good cry, called a Chattanooga relative who is driving to the store and is going to mail it today. I'm getting the costume, but please do yourself a favor and deal with a store that knows how to treat customers--with a heart. This place doesn't deserve to be in business! My sister-in-law just now called. The P.O. is guaranteeing overnight for only $17.50! Again, MY cost--certainly not the cost to Beauty and the Beast.
