Review content:
My husband and I went to see Keystone Volvo to look at new cars as we were in the market for one. Once we got ther at around 5pm, there was no available sales staff to help us in the showroom. We went to the reception, and she said she'll get the next available sales rep. In addition, parking was horrible - you had to double park in front of their new cars. We waited up to 15min for someone to come up and ask us if we needed help, despite contacting the reception lady. The car we wanted to test drive was not available at the time since someone else was test driving it. So in the meantime, the sales rep decided to talk about pricing, even before we tried the car out. He tried to customise the car for us, when we really only wanted to know what was in stock and not have to pay extra $300+ to custom order a car that take at least 8 weeks to be delivered - we wanted a car within a week. After all that, it took them almost 45min from the time we arrived till the time we were able to test drive the car. In the end, we left without purchasing - it just gave us a bad feeling about the dealership. We went elsewhere for our purchase.
Pros: no pressure
Cons: Limited customer parking, long wait time
