first let me say that i love our counter and we got a good price and that the guys who installed it did great work and were very nice.. so here's the thing the person we dealt with in the office was a royal pain, did not return calls, did not listen to us at all the accused us of being wrong, at the end of the process we got cold feet about another install and decided to wait, and the installer said no problem. this person gave me a really hard time on the phone, hung up on me and told me she would deal with my contractor, he disappeared from the job after she obvously leaned on him. this person is not someone you want to deal with just keep it in mind when you shop there. if you get a hard time bail! i have no respect for either this person or the contractor. i finished the kitchen myself and it looks great. just beware.
