Hey everyone don't use this bank, any location. They have gone OVERDRAFT crazy. The policies and procedures change at a drop of a hat. Rude, uneducated and just plain dumb workers. Don't call the 1-800 number, the ""Reps"" are really, really dumb. I can not figure out that a charge of $34.00 overdraft was on my statement after that the balance $1400.00, what? This bank has been ripping off the customers for years. They lie to you, your moneies are avail., no wait, hmm, not yet., yes funds are avail. go ahead and use, no don't, etc. WTF is this, is my money there or not. Well on paper, sure but technically not until tommorrow, what is this? The automated phone says its there, the on-line banking says its there, my deposit slip say its there, you use your money, then you are charged an overdraft. I am mad at this bank, I have been there over 20+years, never any problems, until the last 2 yrs. Then I started searching the web, wow!! National City is all over it, for OD fees, not using the same policies, etc. I was not shocked, but really now I know for sure, this bank is a RIP-OFF. Thanks to all who do the reviews!!! I am changing banks asap. I hear PNC and Citizens are the best choices..........We are being ripped off because National City is way way in debt and their stock is way way low, guess they steal our money to pay off their debts and ours go unpaid, because we don't have enough, the have it in overdraft fees...SHAME SHAME SHAME Cons: keep taking your money until you have none left
