What can I say? My mother is in her second stay at PNRC and is thriving. We had her in another facility previously, (Tunnel... just check the Yelp comments and draw your own conclusions) and she wound up back at the ER after their ""care"". Beware!!! Do not let you loved ones go there! Her care at Pacifica is proffessional, warm, caring and upbeat. The facility is immaculate. I have nothing but raves to say about her Physical Therapist, Greg, Occupational Therapists: Rhonda and Susan, Administrators: Jacob, Beth, Philipina and other staff: Ruby, Arthur,Arlene, Mary, Rosa, Noe, Nary, Florinda. Why do I know all their names? The place is so caring and and the staff, so personal it feels like coming home- but also like a nice hotel. When she arrived there was a gift basket awaiting her!
