I get my hair done by chris, i've always loved what they did - and if I didn't like I could count on her to make it better and fix what I didn't like. I trust her to be honest about what will look good - and not just push the new style that is out there. If I go in requesting a cut - she will make sure that what I want will be flattering, and that if the cut just wont work she'll help me figure out what will.
